They're very knowledgeable and professional. They're very honest and and the prices are super reasonable! I've been going to these people for years. The guy was very polite and helpful. Had a good conversation while he fixed my Nintendo switch. That i tried getting repaired somewhere else and they stripped the screws trying to open it with the wrong driver. He was able to remove the screw and replace it and unfortunately the headphone jack that had a broken headphone plug glued in it from the previous owner wasn't salvageable he had a whole new board for the headphone Jack and card reader so he quickly replaced it at a fair price. While letting me watch him do the repairs. Now it works like new. I will never go anywhere else again. Thanks for everything .
